What initiatives are you using to bring diversity into your technical teams?

The important aspect is to show that the diversity is not an obstacle to the professional career and is indeed important for the creativity of a team. Our main initiatives are:

– To sponsor programs for women in technology aiming to provide practices to increase visibility of their capabilities and to share experiences in order to make faster progresses in the career path;
– To increase the feeling of inclusion, highlighting the contribution of every member of the team in particular in case of women. organizing meeting in the technical communities;
– To promote employer branding events for STEAM female students or graduate;
– To create interview teams with female and male interviewers.
