ALL DIGITAL has updated the Manifesto for enhancing digital competences across Europe, which was marked by a launch event on 6 May.
The new Manifesto is focused on five key areas of interest: education and training offer, access to education and training, quality of education and training, a European approach to digital competence as well as sustainability and development. During the launch event of the Manifesto, CEPIS endorsed the document and took the opportunity to share the CEPIS statement on the European Digital Skills Certificate. In this statement, CEPIS suggests that the European Commission should develop clear and transparent criteria for mapping the existing certification schemes to the DigComp framework.
