Last week, BCS responded to a call for evidence from the Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA) on the proposed deal, using this evidence base and other sources to suggest the deal is anti-competitive. BCS also worked with ARM co-founder Dr Hermann Hauser, a Distinguished Fellow of BCS, and CEPIS to co-ordinate the response.
