
The annual conference of the group ‘Women and Informatics’ in the German Society of Informatics (GI) will take place from 24-26 April in Hannover.
The main topic will be medical informatics. Dr Megha Khosla, Leibniz University Hannover, will talk about ‘Machine Learning for Precision Medicine’ and Dr Svetlana Gerbel, Medizinische Hochschule Hannover, will give a presentation on the ‘Implementation of a sustainable ecosystem for the use of clinical data in the support of patient oriented research’. Lightning talks will be given by students, postgraduates and practitioners.
