McKinsey: The divide in AI uptake widens between companies

The results of this year’s McKinsey Global Survey on artificial intelligence (AI) suggest that some organisations are increasingly able to use AI as a tool for generating value – and more so in the form of revenues. These companies plan to invest even more in AI in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which could, at the same time, further widen the divide between AI leaders and the majority of companies still struggling to capitalise on the technology.
