If you are looking for motivated and qualified staff for your digital job vacancies, why not think about the Women4IT initiative?
Women4IT is a multi-stakeholder partnership funded by the EEA Grants and the Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. The aim of the project is to develop the digital competences of 100 young women in Ireland, between 18 and 29 years old, by improving their employability for digital/IT related jobs.

The programme has launched different training sessions and is now looking at the ultimate goal of the project: putting the participants back into employment! Young eager and motivated women are now seeking their new job opportunity in one of the below fields:
- Data Analytics
- Web Development
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Customer Service
Collaborating with us to find the next employees for your company could be the solution you need. You can learn more about the initiative and how it could benefit your company by downloading our employment toolkit on the website of the project.
A webinar will be hosted on Thursday 10th December at 5 pm to detail the project and how you can get involved. Register for the webinar.
If you think that one of our participants could be the perfect match for one of the roles above, get in touch with us at women4it@ics.ie or through our website by completing the form “I would like to get involved”.
