Head of Talent Strategy and Development, Vodafone Turkey

Sevil Kayaş Yılmaz has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She has had various roles in multinational companies in different industries and managed global projects from change management perspective.

Currently she is leading the Talent Strategy and Development department in Vodafone Turkey, where she is responsible for development of a comprehensive talent strategy that is fully aligned with company’s business strategy. Sevil helps to shape the culture of the company in creating a highly engaged and valued working environment. She is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership on specific aspects of HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Frontline Capability Development, Learning&Development and Diversity&Inclusion.

Additionally, Sevil plays an active role in Agile Transformation of the company, managing Agile Coaches to accelerate the business and people performance and enabling the cultural change to adapt to the new way of working. She is currently working on re-designing of core HR policies, especially performance development and career management, bringing a skill-based management approach.

Sevil has graduated from İstanbul University Industrial Engineering Programme and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Marmara University. She is married and has two children.
