A central focus of the event was the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence. Students explored how AI works, its opportunities in education, its limitations and potential risks. Additional sessions highlighted digital image manipulation, the vulnerabilities of smart devices, and methods for securing them.

Dr Iván Devosa (University of Szeged) introduced students to the significance of EEG waves and demonstrated a custom‑developed software tool used in scientific research. Dr Gábor Németh (University of Szeged) presented techniques for detecting image manipulation through image noise, JPEG ghosting and camera metadata.

Dr Zoltán Szabó, author of the localized ICDL AI learning material, clarified common misconceptions about AI and provided guidance on its safe and conscious use. Andrea Polereczki, cybersecurity consultant and founder of Women4Cyber Hungary, offered interactive sessions on AI in modern video games and real‑world cybersecurity scenarios through a futuristic smart city narrative.
