The Digital4Sustainability project will host the European Digital Sustainability Skills Conference on 30 September 2026 in Brussels and online, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, educators, researchers, and skills experts to discuss how Europe can build the workforce needed for a sustainable digital future. The event will showcase key achievements and lessons learned from the first two years of the project while fostering dialogue on future challenges and opportunities.
Participants will explore topics such as digital sustainability, artificial intelligence, workforce skills needs, upskilling and reskilling strategies, the role of SMEs in sustainable innovation, youth engagement, and emerging European policy developments. The conference will also present practical tools, frameworks, and resources developed through the Digital4Sustainability project.
CEPIS, which serves as an associated partner in the project, supports the initiative’s mission of strengthening digital sustainability skills across Europe and helping prepare professionals and organisations for the green and digital transitions.
The conference will take place at the L42 Business Center & Workspace in Brussels and will also be accessible online. Participation is free of charge, subject to registration.
