CEPIS, in collaboration with the German Informatics Society (GI), will host the next edition of the international Skill[set] conference on 3–4 December 2026 in Berlin, Germany.
Now in its third edition, Skill[set] (formerly ICODSIP) brings together researchers, educators, policymakers and practitioners to exchange ideas and insights on digital skills, IT professionalism and informatics education.
In addition to the two usual tracks – IT professionalism and digital skills – the 2026 conference will add a third track, which will focus on informatics competencies and the use of educational technologies to support learning and skills development, reflecting the growing importance of digital capabilities across all sectors.
Taking place in Berlin for the first time, the event will provide a valuable platform for international collaboration, discussion of current challenges, and networking among stakeholders shaping Europe’s digital skills agenda.
