The STEAMonEdu project is a joint research initiative aimed at increasing the adoption and impact of STE(A)M education. The main outcome will be a STEAM education framework, which will include competences, policies, methodologies and educational objectives.

The project findings will also be used to design a training curriculum for STEAM educators and a MOOC “Professional development of STEAM educators”. The training itself will consist of two stages: at first the MOOC will be available to everyone interested in the topic, and 500 people are expected to enrol.
