The Cyprus Computer Society’s new initiative, CCS-Women, in collaboration with the Digital Security Authority – NCC-CY, will host its first free networking event titled “Creating Synergies: Promoting Gender Diversity and Inclusion in ICT” on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The event will take place at the Digital Security Authority’s ICT Academy in Nicosia from 18:00 to 20:00.
The gathering aims to unite various women-in-technology groups, with a focus on showcasing ongoing initiatives and fostering collaboration across industry, academia, and the broader community. The program will include brief presentations from the organizers and women’s networks, followed by a networking reception.
CCS-Women is a new arm of the Cyprus Computer Society focused on advocating for gender diversity in the ICT field. The Digital Security Authority, acting as Cyprus’s National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre (NCC-CY), also supports inclusive and innovative approaches in the cybersecurity domain.
