DIGITAL SME is stepping up to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as the updated Network and Information Systems Directive (NIS2) is being transposed into national laws across Europe. The directive sets stringent cybersecurity requirements for providers of essential public services, both physical and digital. While small and micro entities are largely exempt, many SMEs must still demonstrate robust cybersecurity practices to meet the new supply chain security mandates.
To aid in this transition, DIGITAL SME is preparing a Guide to Securing Supply Chains, set to launch in early 2025. As part of this effort, DIGITAL SME is running a short 10-minute consultation aimed at companies affected by NIS2. The survey is open to businesses in the scope of the directive, suppliers to these businesses, and providers of cybersecurity services. Feedback gathered will help identify key challenges and shape targeted support measures.
Survey respondents will benefit from free access to the aggregated results and early access to the forthcoming NIS2 Suppliers Guide.
