CEPIS Joins European Women in Digital Forum to Promote Gender Equality in Tech

CEPIS has officially joined the Women in Digital (WiD) Forum as an organisational member, reinforcing its commitment to advancing gender equality in the digital sector across Europe.

As a member, CEPIS joins a dynamic European community of experts, practitioners, and changemakers working collaboratively to drive systemic change in the tech industry.

Membership in the Forum grants CEPIS access to key policy insights, research findings, and participation in Thematic Working Groups (TWGs). CEPIS will also engage in expert consultations, capacity-building events, and contribute to policy recommendations shaping the future of Europe’s digital landscape.

Petra Kotuliakova, Chair of the CEPIS DiversIT Charter and head of the Women in Tech Expert Group, was invited to represent CEPIS at the exclusive WiD Forum launch event in Brussels. Her participation highlights the organisation’s active role in advocating for diversity and inclusion in digital professions at the highest levels.

WiD is a Coordination and Support Action funded by the DIGITAL Programme of the EU. We are dedicated to bridging the gender gap in the digital and technology sectors.

We also encourage our Member Societies to apply to join WiD and contribute to a more equitable IT profession.
