The Cyprus Computer Society (CCS) is launching an initiative designed to empower women and girls in ICT and promote diversity and inclusion in the tech world.
CCS-Women aims to empower women and girls in ICT and promote diversity and inclusion by recognising their accomplishments, raising visibility of their inspiring stories, organising networking events, mentorship programmes, and skill-building workshops and seminars.
Its vision is to serve as a beacon creating synergies and advocating for diversity and inclusion in the ICT landscape. It envisions a tech community which is open to everyone without barriers, stereotypes, or biases.
CCS-Women also introduces ‘Women Wednesdays – Inspiring Stories by CCS-Women’ where inspiring women in any ICT field are interviewed and share their experiences.
