On 5 April, ITPE held the webinar ‘Software tech – how it will drive skills and business solutions’. Guest speakers, Sanni Siltanen, Senior Expert in Innovation Engineering, KONE Corporation and Paul Aertsen, Subject Matter Expert, Global Knowledge Nederland, joined for insightful discussions on the topic.
ITPE webinar on software skills to be held on 5 April
The next ITPE webinar will take place online on 5 April and will focus on professional software skills and how they help businesses grow. A key topic will be the ongoing European Software Skills Alliance (ESSA) project for software skills.
ITPE’s ethics webinar-livestream held in February
Last month, ITPE held a webinar focused on ethics in IT. Carina Dantas (Shine 2Europe) presented ‘Bringing ethics to work’, highlighting the methods and frameworks developed to foster professional ethics and ways to implement them in practice. Clare Thornley (Clarity Research) shared her insight on the impact of science fiction on our understanding of ethical behaviour.
